Road to Miss Universe 2011

Vasuki Sunkavalli, 26 years old, from Hyderabad, won the “I am She” 2011 contest held on July 1th. Vasuki, who stands 173 cm tall, will now represent India during the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in September 2011.

Parul Duggal, a 23-year-old fashion designer was the first runner-up and was crowned the I Am She Globe International 2011, while 19-year-old Tanvi Singla from Parul won third place and was crowned the I Am She Asia Pacific 2011.

The First runner-up was Parul Duggal from Bhopal, and the 2nd runner-up was Tanvi Singla from Mumbai.

I AM SHE 2011/Miss India Universe 2011 is underway tonight July 15, 2011. 19 finalists will be vying for the crown (Trishla Chandola had to leave because of an illness in the family). The winner will represent India in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The winner will be announced soon, stay tuned!!!
