Larona Motlatsi Kgabo from Gaborone was crowned as the new Miss Universe Botswana 2011 during a beauty contest held on July 23 at the Gaborone International Convention Centre in Bonnington Farm, Molepolole Road, Gaborone, Southern Botswana. She was crowned byTirelo Ramasedi, Miss Universe Botswana 2010.
Jacqueline Sesa was the 1st run-up, while Maugo Gwazai was the 2nd run-up.
Larona Motlatsi Kgabo will represent Botswana at the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant to be held on September 12 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
